1. Scope and Operator

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of equipment through the AhojRent platform operated by Kisima Investment Group s.r.o. (IČO: 07273207), Lyčkovo náměstí 482/3, Karlín, 186 00 Praha. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Rental Agreement

A rental agreement is formed when we confirm your booking by email. The rental period begins upon delivery and ends upon collection by our team. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery is available throughout Prague to hotels, Airbnbs, and private addresses.
• Bookings must be placed at least one day in advance. Delivery is available from 12:00 CET the following day.
• You must be available to receive the equipment at the agreed time. If not, additional charges may apply.
• Collection will be arranged for the end of the rental period. Please ensure equipment is ready for collection.

4. Equipment Condition and Use

• All equipment is sanitised and safety-checked before each rental.
• You are responsible for using the equipment correctly and safely.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.
• Equipment must not be sublet or used outside of Prague without prior written consent.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as listed on the website and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
• Tiered pricing applies for longer rental periods — the longer you rent, the better the daily rate.
• Payment is due upon confirmation of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major payment methods as indicated during checkout.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund.
• Cancellations must be communicated by email to [email protected].

7. Liability

Kisima Investment Group s.r.o. is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part. You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is appropriate for your child's age, weight, and needs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
